They never hurry the road.
Perhaps because they know something we often forget…
🤍

Avelora walked quietly beside Lunima.
For a while, neither of them spoke.
The mountains were still far away.
The path was long.
And the little lantern in Lunima’s hand could illuminate only a few steps ahead.
Lunima looked at it.
Then at the road.
Lunima: “Sometimes I wish I could see all the way to the end.”
Avelora stayed beside her.
Quietly.
As she always did.
Then Lunima smiled.
❤️
Lunima: “But perhaps we are not meant to see the whole road.”
She looked at Avelora.
Lunima: “Perhaps we are only meant to see enough for the next step.”
🤍
And so they continued.
One step.
Then another.
Not because they knew everything that waited ahead.
But because neither of them was walking alone.
❤️❤️❤️
And if, one day, someone in our family forgets this…
Avelora and Lunima would want them to remember:
You do not always need to know where the road will lead.
Sometimes it is enough to know who is walking beside you.
And when the road becomes difficult,
do not always search for the light somewhere far away.
Look beside you first.
Sometimes the light has been walking with you all along.
🤍
AVELORA & LUNIMA
For all the roads we have not walked yet.
❤️
Some roads are easier to walk
when you remember where Home is.
