The first Little Morgan adventure.
Morgan has something to say about this one.
I would like to make one thing very clear.
I was not trying to steal the cookies.
I had simply noticed that the cookie jar was very high.
And I had questions.
Important questions.
For example:
Why was it so high?
Could I reach it?
And if I couldn’t reach it the first time…
would a chair help?
It did not.
Then I had another idea.
That one did not go exactly as planned either.
Avelora was there.
She did not laugh.
Well…
not immediately.
I learned something that afternoon.
Sometimes trying harder doesn’t mean trying faster.
Sometimes you have to stop, look again, and try a different way.
And sometimes…
the cookie jar wins a round.
But only a round.
